From 1st January 2016 we will no longer be accepting repeat prescriptions by telephone.

This is a decision made by the GP's for reasons of patient safety and the risks involved with accepting repeat prescription requests by telephone.

You can order your repeat prescription by

  1. Completing your prescription counterfoil and bring in to the surgery
  2. Post your prescription counterfoil to the surgery address
  3. Order your prescription online - please ask our staff on how to register for this service
  4. Order your prescriptions by email on prescriptions.whiterosesurgery@nhs.net
  5. ** alternative arrangements can be made for housebound patients and palliative care patients
