Mission Statement
White Rose Surgery Mission Statement
White Rose Surgery is an award-winning surgery with nationally recognised staff providing healthcare services to one of the largest single lists of GP surgery patients in the district. We aim to provide high quality, person-centred care to our patients. We develop and maintain effective local facilities, clinics and specialities for our service users that are tailored to their local needs. Our patients have access to: GPs, prescribing pharmacists, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses, nursing associates, mental health and well-being advisors, dieticians, an on-site pharmacy, dedicated clinics for stop smoking, women's health, minor illnesses and childhood immunisations.
We pride ourselves in having highly trained, dedicated staff working extended hours to meet the individual needs of patients from all walks of life in a respectful, responsive and supportive manner. We aim to work collaboratively with outside agencies and care providers to seamlessly link aspects of treatments and care for our patients' benefit; always exploring new and innovative ways of working to improve the patients' experience of health care.
