Appointment Information
Online Appointments
If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can now book a routine 10 minute appointment with your GP using our internet booking service. Once registered for the internet service you can also order repeat prescription items.
If you haven't registered yet, you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this in person and provide a form of photographic ID that also shows your address; such as a driving licence or passport.
You can register online by clicking the link below. However, you are still required to attend surgery with a form of ID to complete the process and use the service.
Click below to use (or register to use) the online service.

Routine Appointments
You can book routine appointments several weeks in advance by phone, in person, or online via the practice website.
Appointments are 10 minutes long, however if you feel you need longer, please tell the receptionist when you book. Please note, patients are not encouraged to book double appointments as this limits capacity.
Urgent Appointments
If you feel your problem cannot wait and needs to be dealt with the same day, please inform the reception team when making your appointment. Each day we have a number of urgent appointments available and demand for these appointments can be very high, especially during the winter and on Monday mornings. Please use this service responsibly.
Telephone Consultation
Telephone consultation with a doctor is also available if you feel this is a more convenient way to deal with your problem.
Remember, local pharmacists are trained to give advice and treat many minor conditions such as coughs, colds and sore throats.

Online Appointment Booking
Save time with online appointment booking. It's quick and easy to use, plus it avoids busy phone lines. To access online appointment booking, just bring along a photo ID that also show your address and ask our receptionists how to register for Patient Access.
Once registered, you can start to use the system. Easy to follow screens and prompts ensure it is simple for you to view, book or cancel appointments online, day or night.
Cancelling Appointments
Up to 15% of patients book an appointment fail to turn up. This wastes doctors’ time and leads to longer wait times for other patients. Please tell us if you cannot make an appointment so the time can be used for someone else.
